These black athletic leggings are made by Tatika. Titika is the Canadian equivalent to Lululemon. they are the eclipse II in a size 0. The tag reads that this style is made for running and cycling at night, keeping safe with reflective detailing and functionality with 4-way stretch and moisture wicking. the tag also says the inseam is 23" and the leg is 9". I have measured and the waist measures 12" across, 8 1/2" rise and 29" long. NWT.
