This is a vintage dress. picture number 4 shows a small undone seam in the waist area. it has shoulder pads that are not in very good shape but they can be replaced or removed. Lenght from back of neck to hem is approximately 54 inches and pit to pit is approximately 20 inches and waist is approximately 16.5 inches
