To Boot New York Brandon dress shoe

Got these a while ago, I probably wore them at most 3-4 times. I can’t find this color anymore online it is a deep dark reddish brown. I believe they called it “bordeaux”. This model is selling online for $399. I just don’t wear dress shoes anymore so no point in having them. There is a small on the right shoe that is in the pic and can be smoothed out. I usually wear a 9 but these ran a bit big. I would list it as a size 9 since it could be big for an 8.5.
