Simply measure the distance around your finger with a strip of paper or a string and measure on a ruler with millimeter measurements. Find the nearest measurement on the chart in pic #2. That's approximately your ring size. When in doubt between 2 sizes, it's always safer to go to the next larger ring size. PICTURE #1 is an example of measuring the diameter of a ring. This ring is approx. 18mm in diameter--size 8 on the chart. I can email you a printable ring size template if you need it.
