To The Max Skirt. Purchased at Off 5th. Removable tie that can tie in front, back, side. Skirt has pockets that have never been used (pockets are still sewn together like when purchased in store). Skirt is nicely lined and has only been worn once so in excellent condition! No rips, tears, or stains.
