Tobi Dress

Extremely pretty dress. Navy blue Pom poms on the bottom. Light weight material. Open back, ties at the top. Light grey snake skin pattern. Size small. Flare sleeves. Small hole on the sleeve, must have reached over a flame. So cute though and I’m sure someone handy could fix it up. I’d rather price it love and for it to have a new home than throwing out. Cannot see hole on sleeve when wearing. Feel free to ask questions or make an offer.
