Tobi Floral Maxi Dress, strappy deep V neck with cutouts, size S (2-4)

Pretty dress by Tobi, in size Small. I would say size 2-4, it won’t zip all the way on the size 4 mannequin. Please see measurements in photos. EUC, zips up back with hook and eye at top. Partially lined- slip does not go full length. Pastel blue with purple daisies and fabric has Swiss dot texture. Flirty deep v neck and back with cutout at bust line. Perfect for a wedding, party, baby shower etc Bottom of waistband to hem is 38” Bottom of waistband to bottom of slip is 14”
