Tobi Floral Maxi Skirt

This floral print maxi skirt has pretty pleated detailing. It is high waisted. The last picture shows the two slits going up either side, they show glimpses of leg as you walk. This would be cute at a wine tasting styled with wedges and a big floppy hat, or belted at the waist. There is no longer a clasp on the side at the top of zipper, but invisible zipper works perfectly and skirt stays up.
