This Tobi dress has a super cute criss-cross design in the back and has slits on both sides. It is perfect for formal or even a summer day and is a very light material. The only flaw is there is no clasp at the top of the zipper, but no problems otherwise and that is not needed. It also says it’s a small but fits like an XS! The waist measures 26 inches across (at the top of the zipper).
