Tobi Navy Floral Print Shift Dress

Never worn or washed before, but I took off the tags so I couldn't return it. This dress is a small, but probably could fit a medium. It did not fit well on me. It's a little too big on the chest, I'm a (32 A-B). The length is good. I am 5'6" and the dress hit mid thigh. The pattern and material is super cute! It has a smooth, satin feel to it. The navy color is pretty dark, almost black.
