Tobi Scalloped Hem Shift Dress

Mint scalloped hem shift dress from Tobi Size S Length 28.5” Chest 17.5” Shoulders 13.5” 2 small stains towards bottom of dress (shown in photos) - I have not tried to remove them or have it dry cleaned Minor snagging at top of shoulder (also in photos) Super cute dress for spring/summer formal events! Really comfortable and can be dressed up or down.
