Tobi Short Red Dress

Bought it for Fourth of July a couple of years ago. Wore it once, like new. It was a cut out in the front. It is a little tight. Size XL but I would say it runs more like a large. Cute ruffle details on the front. Star pattern. Great for Labor Day weekend!
