Tobi Side Cutout Mini Dress with Open Back

Dark maroon/red mini dress from Tobi. Has large side cutouts with flattering placement to show off waist, open back with button to secure. Material stretches slightly, and has hidden zipper on back of bottom part of dress. Worn once in college for a formal. Basically brand new!
