Tobi blue and white paisley mini dress with pom-pom hem

Empire waist/baby doll style dress. Adjustable straps. One pom-pom missing-see photo..it is not noticeable but could probably be easily fixed. There is no size tag inside, but it is probably a small. Due to the baby doll style and adjustable straps, sizing of this dress could probably go from XS-M depending how you want it to fit
