hi, my name is Amy, and just saw ur post on Kutterbugs closet. I was so overwhelmed at the outpouring of God's love thru you. I too have had more than 3 miraculous healings, and after 9 yrs of progressive problems was final sent to mayo with the diagnosis of myofibrillar myopathy. except what I had, the form, had never been seen before. So after 3 yrs, in Sept they found an entirely new genetic mutation. ...my 5 min of fame lol😄

anyway I won't go into my details, but we moved to Fl from Ok 2 yrs ago. ..since I've been here I've continued to become progressively weaker, and therefor have not found a church home, or even one friend. I worked as a flt nurse for 23 yrs before I had to stop as well. but for 2 yrs ive kept praying to God, how can I be your hands and feet if I'm stuck in house in total isolation? all the years in Africa, the hosp, rape victims. ..

I truly believe that I will be healed, but while I wait I know this is my journey. I know He's been using this time to spend time with me, to learn and grow. ...that a fruit tree does not bear fruit all yr, but goes dormant for a time. So that's where I am....and last month I almost stopped Posh, because of all the drama, and the incredible amt of time I was spending trying to share, share, share, ad nauseum...so God has redirected my priorities, the limited amt of energy

I felt like Gods telling me to back off from all of this, that He will bring the sales if I put more time into His word instead of Posh! but you're the 3rd Christian woman I've met here...all of us with medical issues and a rough journey. God never said it would be easy; in fact none of the disciples had an easy life, were stoned, crucified etc. ...so He's teaching me to truly

count it all joy, to focus on Him, not my circumstances. so all of this to say. ...God has answered my prayer by bringing bible believing Christian sisters to me here on Posh! your words were so genuine and Holy Spirit filled, i just wanted to thank you for that prayer to her that day. ...it has helped me! !! if ur part of a Christian group id lv to help or be a part. ...I just can't share and be active as I need to be right now,

@ptl8 Hi Amy! I just got you post and was thrilled to hear from you. You sound like such a sweet lady. I've been here on Posh for probably about 4 years now but I've slacked off on the time I am here. Life just gets in the way but I do check in daily, I just don't have the time to sit and share - kind of what you were talking about. I could use the money of course, bu it is only my gravy.

@ptl8 God has blessed my husband with a wonderful job that does not require a salary from me to keep us afloat, however I do use mine for stuff I want to do for myself - hair colorings, nails, clothes, etc,. but if I run out of money he doesn't care. God blessed me with a wonderful husband. I hate how they have limited the wording on these comments,

@ptl8 Anyway, yes I have had a difficult time physically but God had just performed another miracle in my life. They have finally found what is wrong with me. I have a very compromised immune system. The way they explained it to me in laymans terms is that your immune system is made up of three parts. My body is totally devoid of two parts of it, So basically my immune system is only working at 1/3 capacity.

@ptl8 This year alone, I have been sick all except I week, and the last 2 weeks I have been well trying to get my strength back. They are giving me infusions of the 2nd & 3rd part of my immune system that I am lacking in and believe within 6 months time I will be able to fight off sicknesses,( On the 1st of the year, I cam down with pneumonia, I was well for a week after that then relapsed, a few days into that round of pneumonia I came down with the flu.

@ptl8 Any I said all that to say that God is still moving and working even when we get discouraged and down. I've had pneumonia 6 times now if the past 3 years and had i not just casually mentioned that to my oncologist who is treating my for anemia, none of this would have ever been found, Nobody has ever been able to figure out why I stay sick for almost 50 years now and she hopped on it when I casually mentioned it.

@ptl8 God moves in miraculous and mysterious ways, I am convinced of that. Why you are where you are we may never know. During the darkest pit of my lie my 19 year old son gave me the best words of advise that changed my situation around 180 degrees and I havent turned back since. I believe if God can do all this for me He can do it for you, for anyone. And no, I'm not part of a group on here, Have been approached a time or two, but back to the time issue,
