my little guy is on the shorter side too. But, just in case, can the hem be let out?

@justjoe49 The material was cut, but there is an inch of material sewed up, so you could probably have it re-done and get a 1/3-3/4 of an inch back.
Inseam is 10.5 inches, but it fits like a dress pant with a lower drop, so the length of the pants from the waist down the side is 17.5 inches.
