Toddler Bell Bottom Pants Handmade

These are adorable handmade bell bottoms with nightmare before Christmas print. They are perfect for a Disney trip or holiday outfit. They are a size 2 but I believe fit more like a 18 -24 month. My daughter was only able to wear them once before they were too small.
