This cute little sleeveless dress has self-fabric ruffles around the armholes, 2 buttons at the back neck, & the bodice is lined. Can be used as a dress or as a jumper in cooler weather - I just added a white or black turtleneck & it transformed the whole look! It is gray, & the fabric has a Linen look & feel to it. It is size 4T, & is the "Nora" style, hand made by "dear loa", right here in the United States!!!! Unfortunately, the company went out of business a while ago, which was a great loss to their faithful customers.
