Toddler Girl’s Valentine Boutique Dress

I purchased this at a little boutique in Texas. It doesn’t list a brand but is boutique quality in my opinion. The size says small. However, I would call this a 3/4T. Super cute and super fun. Has only been worn a few times and is like new. It was worn for a photoshoot and then a day out with daddy in town.
