Toddler Gray Sweatshirt Tutu Dress

Cute dark gray tutu dress with foiled polka dots, size 12-18 months. Top looks like a sweatshirt. No bloomers. Several layers of tulle over the gray skirted portion. Measures approximately 10.5" armpit to armpit when laid flat and about 17.5" long to the bottom most layer of tulle. Top is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Skirt is polyester.
