Toddler Hawaiian Luau Dress

Royal Creations dress - made in Hawaii. 100% Cotton - pretty, no zipper or buttons. Little bit of elastic in the straps. Size XL - not sure what that is, but I think it's probably about 2T-3T. GUC.
