Toddler dress white flowy with black sequined waistband 2T flower girl

Unbranded dress as the tag was cut off. This dress is super light, soft and flowy the fabric is stretchy for a comfortable and easy fit. It is in great condition with the only damage being the cut off tag. Four light layers of fabric for nice volume and flow. Black sequined belt on the front. Since there is no tag I have measured and am placing this dress as meant for 2-3 year olds, roughly a size 2T.
