Toddler girl H&M cat dress, tutu style, 2-4 years. Darling dress, top part of dress is velour style with the cat face, Velcro closure in back. Bottom is leotard & tutu style skirting. There is a tail that attaches with Velcro in the back. Great condition, no stains or tears.
