These are a pair of toddler girl’s Bogs boots. They are purple rubber on the bottom with the neoprene like top section. They have a pretty floral pattern and pink outlines. They are in good shape. One note, though, the toe of the left boot has been worn down from my daughter dragging it while scootering. See pictures. I did test it by running water on it and I didn’t feel any water come in. I did not submerge it in a puddle, so I can’t speak to that. She didn’t complain about her feet getting wet, so it does not seem to have affected the waterproofness of the boot.
