Toddler special occasion dress

This is an unbranded, beautiful little formal dress with a pinafore style bodice, spaghetti straps, and matching bolero style short jacket. The skirt has beautiful embroidered embeishments all the way around and the hem is eyelet tulip shape. A big bow at the waist in back. Fully lined inside, so the built-in layered tulle slip won't be itchy. Please note that it is polyester and cotton, so it is washable. It is pre-owned like new condition. There are no rips,tears, or stains. I have really examined this dress closely and do not find any flaws. I believe it was probably never worn. Also, the tag says "2" but after measuring and comparing to other items, this seems more like a 3T, so I am listing it as such. From a smoke and pet free home.
