Super cute Minnie Mouse 4 T dress. Faux Peter Pan collar with red puffy, cap sleeves dotted with big white polka dots. White shiny sash sewn into the dress with a bow tied in front. The skirt is puffy and sheer red with the same big white polka dots decorating it. There's also a bit of black tulle like material decorating the very edge of the skirt. Beautiful used condition. edaughertycoop @missgypsyy hi there! I'm so sorry for just returning your message. This dress is in perfect condition. My daughter only wore it twice. As far as how it runs (big or small) I think it's so subjective, but we got the dress before my daughter turned 4 and it fit her for a good year, so I'd say it runs pretty true.
