Toddlers Sammy & Nat Ice Cream Cone Dress & Top S-2

The Sammy & Nat Dress is true to the size 2. It was one of my granddaughter's favorite dresses because it had Ice cream cones on it. It has spaghetti straps, and a skirt that has a grey, shiny, layer over a pink polyester layer. The top is made of cotton with cute pictures of ice cream cones and popsicles. The medium blue shirt is made up of a blend of cotton, polyester, and spandex and is true its size 2.
