Adorable navy blue Pea Coat. I feel like this runs large as my 2t toddler could hang in this jacket for awhile. Label marked 24mos. Wendy Bellissimo see photo for length, measures 13” from pit to pit and has an adorable functioning hood. Zipper works and there are adorable faux horn buttons on the front. Nice lining with a chambray edge.
