Toi et Moi stripe dress with lip print. Fully lined, cute ruffle bottom. Very oversized, could probably fit up to an XL. Small flaw near bottom ruffle, see second to last photo. Bust 21”, waist 24”, length 42.5” but varies with adjustable straps
