Toi et moi white cap sleeve blouse S

Romantic & lovely white peplum blouse with ruffle collar neckline. Zip front which can be left open with cami or tank top. Very well made with delicate detail so the waist is perfect. Looks pink/lavender in photo-it’s just the lighting. So cute w/jeans, slacks, skirts @ shorts. Worn only 1-2 times. Probably can be washed in cold delicate, Line dry, which I think I did vs dry cleaning. Love the fabric as there is a little stretch. EUC no flaws.
