This is a brand new dress with tags I bought it. I waited too long to return it and it’s a little tight on me. I would say it’s really more of a 12 than a 14.- it’s a nice midcalf. I like the Empire waste. It’s got a wider band so it’s very flattering V-neck slight sleeves this come from a non-smoking pet home.
