Tolani beaded scarf NWOT

NWOT Tolani beaded and chain tie dye scarf. Rows of chains hang from back of scarf and front is embellished on the bottom with many nail heads. Chains and nail heads are brushed copper. .Turquoise and blue tie dye. This is the ultimate fashion statement - can be worn over dresses tops coats etc. ; underneath of the scarf is fabric. Purchased this at a very nice upscale boutique and it’s never been worn.
