•Tom Clark / Cairn Studio 1996 sculpture LITTLE MOMMY •Created by designer Roberta Griffin, whose lovely figurines depict the magic of childhood •It features a little girl playing mother to her her pet children - a cat and dog who are dressed up like babies! •Extremely rare and hard to to find sculpture from the Tom Clark Cairn Studio! •Dr. Tom Clark is best known for his fantastic gnomes and sculptures, but he was also an educator for decades at Davidson College in NC. •He also employed a group of talented artists and designers, such as Roberta Griffin and Tim Wolfe, who produced many of the enduring figures we love! •LITTLE MOMMY is item #7030. She is a new, old stock item, and has never been displayed. •Very good condition. It has a small loss of paint on the yellow base. Looks like a production issue that was never repainted. Easy to fix, but I leave that up to the buyer to do, if desired. •From a large North Carolina estate collection, who was also a reseller. •Original sculpture / figurine made in Davidson, North Carolina by the Tom Clark / Cairn Studio. •Tom Clark died in Jan 2022 and his original creations are certain to increase in collectability and value in the years to come!
