Here is a beautiful TOM FORD “Shelton” blazer! This is a designer size IT 48 (US 38). It fits like a smaller US 40R but US 38R comfortably. This jacket has been let out at the back and shows some evidence of the original seam line. Please see photos for present condition from alteration and approximate measurements.
