Tome NYC Stripe Dress Shirting Blue/White 16

Cute cotton dress buttons down the front and has elastic at the top to keep it up. Straps crisscross and tie in back- one strap has a faint stain that could be blood, makeup, tomato sauce- not sure. (See last photos) It’s in a place where I believe it could hidden by the other strap. Marked as size 16- see photos for measurements.
