What is the condition of the skirt, please? (Any pilling, fading or snags?). Is this the style that could also be worn as a strapless dress?

Hello, sorry for the delay in reply, I was out of town. The skirt is in excellent condition, and has only been worn three or four times. I’m not sure if you could wear it as a strapless dress, but I wouldn’t. It ’s meant to be a skirt. I hope this is helpful and thanks for your interest.
