Tommy Bahama Dress Womens Extra Small Blue Green Salina Key Sea Fronds Mini

Tommy Bahama sea fronds dress/cover up in good pre-owned condition. White, blue and green print. Split neckline with embroidery, sequins and tassels. Sequins are bend but I do not believe this is a flaw as they all have a slight bend I think as part of the design. Minor area of edge of fabric in v neck looks like possible stretched a little, not very noticeable. See pictures for measurements and condition.
