Retails for $50 | Toddler Girl 2T This beautiful Tommy Bahama Handkerchief hem dress has a round neck with a notch. With a double layer skirt, this dress offers the perfect twirl. The drawstring closure at the waist is non-functional but still adorable. The back buttons up with dainty star buttons, but please note that the top button is missing the center white piece. Not noticeable, but I want to disclose. Please see last picture. Condition: Pre-loved but in great condition.
