cindyboomboom @ceg324 Hello, happy Saturday I measured the shoes and the measure 11.5” from heel to toe on the outside bottom of the shoe and 11.25” on the inside from toe to heel. I hope that helps. They are beautiful and well made loafers. May even be worth it to invest in having new heel caps put on by a cobbler.

cindyboomboom @ceg324 I don’t know if you can remove the insole. It feels like you could lift it up on the edges, but I don’t think it is removable. It’s a cushioned soft leather.
