Tommy Helfiger button up front denim skirt

This denim skirt is great to throw on the run errands, or heck, over your bathing suit. It has 2 pockets in the front and 2 in the back Love this skirt, just not quite my fit, darn it It is a 10, waist is approximately 16" flat, 17.5" across at the second button 19" inches hips and down, 21" top to bottom It needs to get out!
