Tommy Hilfiger Blue White Floral High Low Sleeveless dress with belt Size 14

GORGEOUS blue & white floral sleeveless Tommy Hilfiger dress with belt size 14. This dress is fully lined with a spaghetti strap camisole. This dress features a zipper up the back, keyhole opening in the front and wrap look around the skirt. The belt does have a small hole to make it smaller. I bought it for a special event but lost so much weight before the event, I had to put a small hole to allow me to tighten the belt to wear the dress. Please see below and pictures for measurements.
