This dress has never been worn, tags have just been removed. It is labeled as a size medium but is closer to a size small. It is 100% cotton with ruched stretch panels on the side. There is a hidden side panel zipper and 3 working buttons on the center front bodice. Very cute criss cross ribbon detail on the center back. The perfect nautical summer dress!

jennanelson1818 @goodtimestara Hello! Yes, the bust is 15.5 inches across, waist is 12 inches across and hip measurement of full skirt is 19 inches across. On each side panel of the bodice under the armhole there is 2.5 inch wide by 7 inch long stretch smocking panel that adds additional stretch and length to the bust and waist measurements.
