cpahoski @cindyp1963 hi! I measured these and the inseam is 10.5”, the waist is true-to-size at 34”, and they are the standard Tommy Hilfiger classic fit. They are 100% cotton, so some shrinkage with additional wear is likely. Hope this helps!
