This pattered blouse from Tommy Hilfiger has two layers, the inner white/translucent layer and the patterned polyester fabric on top. There are two strings, topped with gold at the top front of the blouse so that you can tie it to your liking. The long sleeves also have a gold button so that you can tighten it however you like.
