Gorgeous blue and white striped collar dress in a tougher, thicker cotton material that feels like a button down shirt. So cute for summer! Is a 16 but would fit a shorter XS woman (think petite). Can be worn with a belt as well. Excellent used condition, no flaws. Bought it on posh and it doesn’t fit so I’d just like to get my money back!
