binkyphoebe @happythoughts55 Hello - I was very excited that I sold my first piece, wrote a note, wrapped the tank in the original packing and bubble wrap, included a little “thank you” with my business card and a metal charm attached with a nice saying and received a 2 star review. She said it may be to small for her daughter but it was brand new and labeled a small with the original tags. She accepted the product so I’m confused. I’m new to this so I was wondering if there is anything I should do? Tisha

Unfortunately, dealing with unappreciative buyers goes with the territory. There is nothing you can do, except DONT LET IT BRING YOU DOWN! I know how awful it feels.
