It's stripped with the classic Tommy red, white and blue and hits at the hip (5' 5", if you're taller it'll be shorter). I have this listed as a turtleneck because as the final photo shows it is indeed a turtleneck, however, when the neck is folded down it becomes more of crew neck style (as shown in the 1st pic).
