baarsme Hello, when you say '36 in around max' does that mean, with the elastic stretched out, it is 36" long?

sundazzle1 @baarsme Hi. I have a 38c bra size and usually wear a LG or XL blouse. this wrap fits me well with 6" or so overlap at the top where the Velcro comes together. the elastic at the top would also help adjust the fit if you are smaller. thanks for your interest.
