Tommy Hilfiger Striped Dress in vibrant blues, yellow, and white. Perfect summer dress! 21 inches from armpit to armpit and same width all the way down. No stretch as it is a sheer-type fabric with another layer underneath. Very short sleeves with cuffs. Pretty sure I’ve never even worn this, still in excellent condition! 37 inches from shoulder to hem.
