Tommy Hilfiger (XS) Sleeveless Striped Dress

This Tommy Hilfiger (XS) sleeveless striped dress has only been worn twice and it's in great condition. It has white stripes with shades of blue getting lighter going towards the bottom of the dress. It has a scoop neck and falls just above the knee. The navy tie cinches in the waist to make the dress really flattering. It is 92% cotton and 8% elastance.
